mental preparation

I am taking the next two days to to a little(lot of) mental preparation for these changes I am going to undertake.  It all seems so overwhelming.  Food, exercise, patience, organizing (this goes against my very nature), doing things that bring me joy, being more present with my kids...it all adds up.

The two days is not just an open ended time frame like my usual "tomorrow I will start/stop doing that" and then tomorrow comes and the previous night's clarity fogs over.  Everything seems easier when you are only thinking of doing it.

Monday I start an online workshop.

I am so very excited about the workshop itself and also the community it will provide.

I am also hopeful that my own blog will bring some sense of accountability for me that I need to follow things through...and, perhaps, some joy in seeing a record of my progress.
